GAeF student fee grant

How can I apply?
Please submit your application materials to icnaa2025@univie.ac.at once you have submitted your abstract(s). Application materials need to include a motivation letter, CV and support letter from a faculty member. GAeF membership is not required during submission of application but will be checked upon acceptance. In case of acceptance without valid membership a grace period of two weeks will be given to finalize membership application.
When will I be informed of application outcome?
Decisions on GAeF grants will be announced by End of April, leaving sufficient time for early bird registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by 15 June 2025 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% minus EUR 10,00 processing fee of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received from 16 June 2025 until 09 August 2025 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after 09 August 2025 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee.
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).
Conference participant cancellation insurance
In order to avoid annoyance and financial disadvantages, we recommend that you take out a conference cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversichung.
